Love Iron Chef
They have changed it up a little this season and it only continues to get better. An interesting show if you are in the food industry or just like awesome seeing amazing food.

ICA is one of my favorite shows. I've actually learned a lot watching it. They don't take themselves too seriously, and provide good entertainment.
